Take on everything from material removal to final surface preparation with the ProDec Advance ProFlex Assorted Sanding Sheets, 10 Pack, featuring a selection of coarse, medium and fine abrasive grades.

Unlike conventional sandpaper with a standard paper backing, ProFlex uses an ultra-flexible, crack-resistant cotton cloth. This allows each sheet to mould easily around curved, contoured and profiled surfaces, helping maintain contact with the surface for fast and efficient sanding.

The durable aluminium oxide abrasive grains have a self-sharpening action and are designed to clog less during use. ProFlex can consequently last up to 10 times longer than conventional sandpaper, making it a particularly useful choice for demanding decorating and preparation work.

This assorted pack contains 60 grit Coarse, 80 grit Medium and 120 grit Fine sheets, giving you different levels of abrasion for different stages of the job. Use the coarse grade for heavier sanding and material removal, move to medium for smoothing and preparation, then use fine for creating a smoother surface ready for decorating or finishing.

Each half-size sheet measures approximately 230 x 140mm, making them particularly convenient for smaller jobs. They can be used for hand sanding either on their own or with a suitable sanding block.

Suitable for sanding wood, paint, plaster, fillers, metal and more, this versatile assorted pack is a useful addition to any decorator's, tradesperson's or DIY toolkit.

How to Use

Select the appropriate abrasive grade for the job. Use 60 grit Coarse for heavier sanding and material removal, 80 grit Medium for general smoothing and preparation, or 120 grit Fine for finer preparation and finishing.

The flexible sheet can be held directly for hand sanding, particularly when working around curved or profiled surfaces, or fitted around a suitable sanding block when working on flatter areas.

Sand the surface using controlled, even movements until the required finish is achieved.

When completing multi-stage preparation, work progressively from a coarser grit towards a finer grit for a smoother finished surface.

Remove all sanding dust before applying paint, primer, stain, varnish or another surface finish.
