How to Use

1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil and old adhesive or sealant.

2. Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge above the screw thread.

3. Attach the supplied nozzle and remove its cap.

4. Cut the nozzle to the required bead size, using the nozzle guides where appropriate.

5. Insert the 290ml cartridge into a suitable cartridge gun.

For Grab Adhesive Applications:

6. Apply the adhesive to one surface in a zig-zag pattern. Use sufficient product to accommodate uneven surfaces.

7. Bring the materials together within 10 minutes of application.

8. Press firmly and hold for approximately 20–60 seconds.

9. Provide temporary support or mechanical fixings for heavy items where necessary.

For Sealant Applications:

6. Apply a continuous bead of sealant along the joint, pushing the bead ahead of the nozzle.

7. Smooth the sealant immediately using a suitable sealant finishing tool.

8. Allow the product to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions before exposing the joint to service conditions.

For best application results, use at temperatures above 5°C.

Storage: Leave the nozzle attached, wipe away excess product with a dry cloth and replace the cap securely. Store in a cool, dry place.
