How to Use

1. Remove any existing silicone sealant and ensure the joint is completely clean.

2. Make sure all surfaces are dry and free from dust, grease, oil and loose material.

3. Prepare the cartridge and nozzle according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Insert the cartridge into a suitable sealant gun.

5. Apply a continuous, even bead of silicone along the joint, ensuring good contact with both surfaces.

6. Smooth the sealant promptly using a suitable finishing tool.

7. Remove any masking tape before the sealant begins to set.

8. Allow the sealant to set according to the manufacturer's instructions before exposing it to water.

The sealant can be exposed to water after approximately 30 minutes when applied as a 5mm bead at 21°C and 50% relative humidity. Larger joints and different environmental conditions may require additional setting time.
