How to Use

1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil and loose material.

2. Cut the cartridge seal above the screw thread and attach the supplied nozzle.

3. Trim the nozzle to the required bead size and insert the cartridge into a suitable sealant gun.

4. Apply the adhesive to one surface in a continuous zig-zag pattern. Use sufficient adhesive to accommodate any uneven areas.

5. Bring the surfaces together within 10 minutes of application.

6. Press firmly and hold for approximately 20–60 seconds to establish the initial bond.

7. Use temporary supports or mechanical fixings where necessary, particularly for heavy items.

8. Allow approximately 24 hours for the adhesive to cure fully before placing the bond under significant stress.

For best results, apply at temperatures above 5°C and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
