OB1 combines powerful adhesive and sealant properties in a single cartridge and can bond or seal a wide variety of materials, including stone, concrete, glass, plasterboard, PVC, hard plastics, ceramic, metals and wood.

Its versatile formulation adheres to most suitable surfaces without a primer and can even be applied to damp surfaces or underwater, making it particularly useful for demanding repairs and sealing jobs where conventional products may struggle.

Once cured, OB1 remains permanently flexible and is designed not to shrink or form bubbles. It also provides resistance to UV, moisture, mould and weather, making it suitable for a wide variety of interior and exterior applications.

This Clear version is particularly useful where a less visible finished seal or bond is preferred. The product is also paintable once suitably cured, providing additional flexibility when completing decorating, building and repair projects.

How to Use

Ensure the surfaces are solid, clean and free from grease and dust before application. OB1 can be applied to most suitable non-porous substrates without a primer and can also be used on damp surfaces.

Cut the nozzle to the required size, fit the 290ml cartridge into a compatible sealant applicator gun and apply the product to the required joint, gap or bonding surface.

For adhesive applications, apply in vertical stripes with approximately 10–20cm between stripes rather than applying in dots. Position the materials as required and provide temporary support where necessary while the initial bond develops.

Smooth exposed sealant before curing where a neat finished joint is required. Allow the product to cure in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions before painting or placing the completed bond or seal under load.
