One Coat Concrete Seal stabilises and seals concrete floors. It's fast acting formula is ready for vehicle traffic in just 4 hours.

Ideal for use on concrete drives or paths and garage floors. Helps stop concrete dusting and has resistance to oil and fuel stains.

How to use:

• Open any windows or garage doors for ventilation
• Remove any dust or heavy dirt with a stiff bristled brush
• Make sure any cleaners are rinsed off the concrete and it's dry before applying One Coat Concrete Seal
• Use on a dry day above 10C and give the tin a good stir with a wooden spoon or similar
• Pour the tin into a roller tray and use a long pile roller to apply in long smooth strokes. (If you're sealing your garage floor, start from the furthest point and work towards the door)
• Clean your equipment with white spirit
