How to Use

Ensure both surfaces being bonded are clean, dry and free from grease, dust and other contaminants.

Apply a thin layer of Everbuild 502 to both surfaces. Avoid applying excessive adhesive, as this can slow the curing process.

Bring the surfaces together and clamp securely until the adhesive has dried. When fitting dowels, apply the adhesive directly into the holes.

Allow approximately one to two hours before removing clamps where appropriate, and support the bonded components until the adhesive has fully cured. Full strength is achieved in approximately eight hours at 20°C.

Clean uncured adhesive from tools and spills using water.
